A personal Stress Release session is a combination of exercises, movements and breathing techniques that are exactly tailored to your situation. These are all methods to release built-up tension in the body and calm the nervous system. During a session, we actively engage in specific movements and breathing exercises aimed at relaxing tense muscles and activating the parasympathetic nervous system - also known as our body's “brake pedal. This parasympathetic system is responsible for rest, recovery and regeneration in our body.

By consciously stimulating it, we create a state of deep relaxation in which the body has a chance to release stored stress and tension. The combination of physical exercises and controlled breathing not only helps reduce acute stress, but also contributes to a better balance in the autonomic nervous system in the longer term. This approach can lead to a great palpable improvement in your overall well-being, including improved sleep quality, reduced anxiety, increased energy and a greater sense of inner peace and resilience in daily life.
